  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local logistics. Clear shipping timelines help customers understand what to expect before purchasing.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipped order includes a tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after dispatch. Carrier updates may occasionally experience slight delays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters the shipping process, modifications may no longer be possible.

Nougala is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect customer information.

Customs & Import Charges

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost Packages

Multiple Shipments

Items ordered together may occasionally be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. If this happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking information.
